Officially a Startup

I have a 3-part business plan:
1.) work with my sponsors, by putting marketing systems in place to help them improve the performance of their business.
2.) build a track-side support business in partnership with TPWS.
3.) bring a product to market for the motorsports industry.

I have been hitting all three pretty hard. I met with LRA team to get analytics in place, and will be following up soon to get reporting in place so they can start tracking their CTR, and Conversions.

On the track-side support business, we got both training, and consultation from the amazing team at Bilt Racing Services. I will be working out how to get the capital in place to make this start clicking, we need a couple customers, a trailer, spares package, and another car for rent during next season. I am planning to run Sebring, Road Atlanta, COTA, Barber, and Road America.

On the product side, I have been working on my pitch deck, business canvas, working with the Area120 team, and just got accepted into the Founder Friendly Labs accelerator!! I have been working with a patent attorney, and have started the process for a provisional patent. I have completed the process to get into the SAM system, and am working on an SBIR grant.
