Health Update

Switched up my workout, and have been making small tweaks to my diet over the last couple months. I am still working out 5 days/week, I was doing a lot of endurance training, 30 minutes cardio, and 30 minutes weights (low weight high reps (15reps x 6 sets). For the next six weeks, I am going to switch it up with the weights, and doing 80% one rep max (10reps x 4sets). Thank you Christine from the Southwest YMCA for giving me guidance!

I cut my fruit intake over the last 6 weeks to one piece of fruit per day, was having it with every meal. I am now starting another 6-week cycle of removing fats from my diet, was eating a lot of nuts, and dried fruit, replacing that with high-protein shakes.
